Welcome Residents
|
The Town of Westcliffe is a great place to live whether you are coming to find a quiet place to retire or looking for a safe place to raise your family. There are three parks and open space that includes a ball field, playground, multipurpose playing field for soccer, football and many other sports and trails. There is also an Event site that can be used for many purposes such as music festivals and weddings.
It is also important to remember that you are moving to hte mountains, which means its snow country, so do not forget your shovel. The Town plows roads but, does not plow driveways nor remove berms resulting from its plowing efforts.
We do have a building code (2006 IBC), which will require an approved building permit prior to any construction. Please stop by the Building and Zoning department at the Town Hall to obtain a building permit and have your questions answered. |
