BUDGETS

Westcliffe is a statutory municipality of the State of Colorado incorporated in July 20, 1887. The Town of Westcliffe is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of a mayor and six trustees, elected by popular vote for four year terms. The Board determines policies, enacts local legislation, adopts budgets and appoints the Town Manager, Town Clerk/Treasurer.

Holiday Closures

New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday and Christmas Day

Westcliffe's Town Public Works Department maintains streets, and includes snow plowing as needed.
